Surface Material: Constructed with stainless steel sheeting on both faces, offering outstanding resistance to chemical corrosion and easy decontamination. Suitable for aseptic zones in vaccine development and microelectronics fabrication.

Insulating Core: Features a densely packed rock wool layer formed through hand-laid production. This core provides effective temperature separation, Class-A fire protection, and minimal thermal bridging.

Manufacturing Quality: Assembled via skilled manual processes with strict dimensional verification. Each unit is individually checked for flatness, edge sealing, and core density before delivery.

Application Scope: Designed for partition and ceiling systems in strict cleanrooms across medical device manufacturing, genetic research labs, and precision assembly lines.

Standard Sizing: Supplied in 50mm, 75mm, or 100mm thicknesses with 980mm or 1180mm panel widths. Lengths are customizable based on project specifications.

Supplementary Finishes: In addition to stainless steel, alternative surface treatments such as electrostatic-dissipative or microbial-resistant layers are available. Core variants include glass magnesium or aluminum honeycomb for specialized performance needs.
