2 Product Features

Strong insulation performance The thermal conductivity of polyurethane is extremely low (≤ 0.024W/(m · K)), which is one of the best thermal insulation materials at present, and can minimize the heat exchange inside and outside the library. Even in the ultra-low temperature cold storage below -30 ℃, it can still maintain a stable low temperature, significantly reduce the energy consumption of refrigeration equipment, and lower long-term operating costs. Compact structure, good sealing When polyurethane is foamed, it can be closely attached to the surface metal plate without gaps. The joint is designed with a tongue-and-groove or a sealing groove, and the sealant can effectively prevent the leakage of cold air and the infiltration of external moisture, reduce frosting in the warehouse, and ensure the refrigeration efficiency. High strength, strong durability Polyurethane core material itself has good compression resistance (density ≥ 40 kg/m, compressive strength ≥ 0.3MPa), with color steel, stainless steel and other surface layers, excellent impact resistance and deformation resistance, can withstand the pressure of goods stacking and equipment installation, and has a service life of 15-20 years. Low temperature resistance and anti-aging In the range of -40 ℃ to normal temperature, the physical properties are stable, without the risk of embrittlement and cracking; the core material has strong chemical stability, is not easy to degrade due to low temperature or humidity changes, and is suitable for long-term low temperature environment. Flexible construction Can be prefabricated according to the size of cold storage (thickness 50-200mm optional), light weight, convenient splicing, can shorten the installation cycle; And support special-shaped customization, adapt to different cold storage structures (such as high and low temperature partitions, corners).
